About the Role

Getpayed Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a qualified Growth Officer to drive merchant and agent acquisition while supporting our expanding payment solutions network in Lagos, Nigeria.

Compensation

100,000 base salary plus attractive commissions on merchant acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant & Agent Acquisition

• Source and recruit merchants and POS agents
• Execute onboarding, KYC, and activation processes

Support & Retention

• Provide timely support for transaction or device issues
• Maintain regular communication with merchants and agents to reduce churn

Performance Monitoring

• Use OneCollect dashboard to monitor performance metrics
• Track transaction volumes and downtime

Field Reporting

• Submit weekly activity and performance reports
• Escalate unresolved issues within SLA timelines

Team Collaboration

• Participate in weekly syncs, monthly workshops, and LMS training
• Share best practices and assist with team development

Requirements

• Excellent communication and strong marketing skills
• Flexibility to attend to customers in the field
