Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Growth & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across our portfolio companies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities who can build scalable growth systems, optimize conversion funnels, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Marketing Funnel Optimization
- Create and improve marketing funnels that drive course purchases and software sign-ups
- Run paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility on Google
- Create compelling content that attracts and engages target customers
- Identify and implement new lead generation channels and conversion optimization tactics
Sales Enablement & Performance Tracking
- Collaborate with copywriters and sales teams to refine sales messaging and positioning
- Develop sales scripts and materials to support deal closure
- Track and analyze customer journey metrics from initial ad exposure through purchase
- Conduct A/B testing across sales and marketing channels to identify high-performing approaches
Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with reseller and distribution partners
- Build collaborations with influencers and complementary businesses to expand reach
- Design and manage affiliate programs to drive incremental revenue
- Oversee partnership performance and optimization
Customer Retention & Brand Building
- Execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop and run webinars and customer success showcases
- Implement retention strategies and programs to reduce customer churn
- Build brand reputation and awareness initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion rates
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on growth metrics and marketing performance
- Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully executing and scaling marketing campaigns
