## Title: Growth Marketing and Technology Manager

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing and Technology Manager will lead Moneta's digital marketing strategy, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven tactics to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven digital marketing campaigns
Use automation tools to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
Analyze campaign data and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
Work with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with growth goals
Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance marketing performance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a marketing technology role, preferably in fintech
Proven track record in digital marketing with focus on measurable results
Experience using AI and automation tools for sales and marketing
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels
Proficiency in analytics and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
