  • You will own growth strategy, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation across B2C and B2B channels.
Responsibilities
  • Lead growth strategy for B2C & B2B.
  • Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Improve conversions across landing pages & app flows.
  • Build retention, onboarding & win-back automation.
  • Track performance (CAC, LTV, orders, litres) and report insights.
Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years in growth / performance marketing.
  • Strong analytics & funnel optimisation skills.
  • Experience with paid ads, attribution & dashboards.
