Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Group HR and Admin Manager to oversee human resource and administrative functions across the group. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labour laws, foster employee engagement, and support leadership in driving organizational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the group's business objectives
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, health, safety, and company regulations
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across all subsidiaries
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and succession planning exercises
- Supervise administrative operations, including facilities management and general office services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD)
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Remuneration
₦18,000,000 (Eighteen Million Naira) Monthly Gross Salary
