You will work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution, content development, customer insights, creative testing, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, influencer, and paid media)
• Assist with creative development including captions, briefs, content ideas, and campaign storytelling
• Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to support marketing decisions
• Analyze engagement data and share insights on what content or campaigns are performing well
• Assist the marketing team in organizing and tracking creative assets, campaign calendars, and performance reports
• Work with the team to ideate new marketing concepts informed by data, customer behavior, and market research

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, FSLC, HND, NCE, or OND qualification
• 1–6 years of relevant experience
• High analytical and critical thinking skills
• Natural curiosity and excitement to build a strong foundation in digital and growth marketing
