About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Account Associate. In this role, you will identify and develop retail relationships, introduce retailers to our digital platform, and guide them toward becoming valued VIP partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage retailers selling FMCG products (noodles, beverages, pasta, etc.) operating from street locations and neighborhood shops
• Train retailers on how to use our mobile application
• Educate retailers on placing orders and accessing financial services through our app
• Support retailers in graduating to VIP status with access to cashback, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and POS terminals
• Build and maintain strong account relationships in your assigned area

About You

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND
• Passionate, ambitious, and committed to continuous learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, smart, and collaborative team player
• Currently reside in your assigned work location
• Own a smartphone
• Available to resume immediately
