## Title: Graduate Assistant – Linguistics and Languages

Position Overview

Federal University Oye-Ekiti invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Graduate Assistant in the Department of Linguistics and Languages, Faculty of Arts.

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized institution with a minimum grade of Second-Class Upper Division
Valid NYSC Discharge Certificate, Exemption Certificate, or Exclusion Certificate

Position Details

This is a training post designed for Graduate Assistants to pursue advanced academic qualifications. Appointees are expected to pursue a Master's Degree during their tenure.

Key Terms of Employment

Candidates must obtain a Master's Degree within three (3) years of employment
One (1) year extension may be granted under exceptional circumstances
Failure to obtain a Master's Degree within the stipulated period will result in termination of employment
