• First Degree from Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized institution
• Minimum academic performance: Second-Class Upper Division or equivalent
• Valid NYSC Discharge Certificate, Exemption Certificate, or Exclusion Certificate

Academic Progression Requirements

• Must pursue and obtain a Master's Degree within three (3) years of employment
• Subject to one (1) year extension if needed
• Failure to obtain a Master's Degree within the specified period (including extension) will result in termination of employment
