Role Overview

We are hiring a Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. You will be responsible for managing Google Ads accounts, running campaigns that drive leads and conversions, and ensuring ad spend is used effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping)
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and relevance
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, trends, and platform updates

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Strong knowledge of PPC, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment
• Google Ads certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running campaigns for a digital agency or multiple clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO principles
