General Manager Corporate Finance at Phase3 Telecom

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to lead the Company's Corporate Finance function. In this role, you will formulate innovative financing solutions using a strategic mix of capital raising approaches that serve the company's best interests. You will work closely with the Executive Chairman to develop corporate finance strategies, provide sound investment advisory, and establish the company's strong financial reputation with key financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and formulate corporate finance strategies in concert with the Office of the Executive Chairman to ensure capital availability from external sources for Phase3's short, medium, and long-term plans and projects
• Sustain robust capital resilience for the company through strategic financial planning and capital structure optimization
• Manage the company's treasury function with strong focus on interfacing with capital-providing entities
• Initiate, drive, and lead end-to-end negotiation processes with commercial banks and other capital market entities
• Develop, propose, and execute a diverse mix of viable funding strategies across multiple financing platforms and instruments
• Formulate strategies and provide advisory to the Chairman and Board of Directors on optimal corporate finance approaches, supported by robust analysis
• Develop and establish a strong network of local and international finance industry professionals and partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in corporate finance

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: 16 - 20 million
