About the Role
Grand Bezer Nigeria Limited seeks an experienced General Manager for a full-time, on-site position at one of our hotels in Abuja. You will oversee daily operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the efficient management of resources to drive business success and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and strategic planning
- Manage and supervise staff performance and development
- Set and achieve business goals and performance targets
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
- Optimize operational performance and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Represent the hotel to enhance company growth and reputation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills with team supervision experience
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality and tourism operations and customer service excellence
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry standards in Nigeria
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
