## Title: General Maintenance Officer

About the Role

High Caliber Nigeria Limited is expanding its team and seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Officer to oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and ensure smooth running of company facilities and equipment.

Location

Mandilas, Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities
Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Keep records of repairs and maintenance activities

Requirements

Minimum OND or Trade Test qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
At least 2 years experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance
Ability to work independently and multitask
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proximity to Mandilas, Lagos Island

Compensation

₦200,000 monthly
