GBV Case Workers (Consultants) at ActionAid Nigeria

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The post holder will be responsible for providing direct support, including GBV case management and psychosocial support services, to at-risk women and girls and survivors of Gender-Based Violence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct GBV case management services to survivors
• Deliver psychosocial support to at-risk women and girls
• Maintain comprehensive case files and database documentation
• Facilitate community mobilization and engagement
• Support behavior change communication initiatives
• Prepare detailed reports and case documentation

Required Qualifications

• First degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Health, or related fields
• Minimum two (2) years' experience implementing child protection or Gender-Based Violence programs
• Proven experience in GBV case management
• Experience working with case files, databases, and regular documentation
• Experience in humanitarian or development settings
