Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for the role of Furniture Assembler. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing various types of furniture including office, home, and customized fittings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install furniture components according to drawings and specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in loading and offloading furniture items
• Perform on-site installations for clients when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and designers to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in furniture assembling or carpentry is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings or manuals
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Strong attention to detail and finishing
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos
