Funds Mobilization Officer (Investment) - Lagos at Rosabon Financial Services

About the Role

Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a proactive Funds Mobilization Officer to source fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations. This role leverages both offline and online channels to attract customers to our fund placement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and market fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Promote and sell fund placement products through various channels
• Build and deepen investor relationships while exploring funding opportunities
• Educate customers on wealth creation opportunities and investment products
• Promote digital channel adoption by engaging customers on the company's Wealth Creation Investment App
• Guide customers on product usage and wealth maximization strategies
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on company treasury products and services
• Ensure effective communication of product value to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
• Increase adoption rates of digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App

Compensation & Benefits

This is a highly competitive and adequately incentivized position, offering a base salary plus commission and productivity bonuses.
