About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to join us as a Funds Mobilization Officer. In this highly competitive and well-incentivized role, you will proactively source fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations through both offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Proactively source fund placements using both offline and online channels
• Deepen investor relationships and explore funding opportunities
• Educate customers on wealth creation opportunities and investment products
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their financial needs
• Promote digital channel adoption, particularly the Wealth Management App
• Guide customers on utilizing the company's products and services for wealth maximization
• Stay up-to-date on company treasury products and services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels

Requirements

• HND/OND qualification or equivalent

Compensation

This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonus in addition to a base salary.
