Full Stack Developer at Kloverharris Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the full lifecycle of our web applications, from concept and design through to deployment and maintenance. In this role you will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, deliver front-end and back-end components, work closely with product and design teams, and help drive our architecture and best practices forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop and deploy full-stack web applications
• Build clean, efficient, maintainable and reusable code for both the frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and ensure excellent UX across devices
• Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), database schemas and integrations with third-party services
• Manage, optimise and maintain databases (relational and/or non-relational), ensuring high performance, security and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, performance monitoring and debugging
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks and best practices; propose improvements and technical innovations
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the applications and infrastructure
• Provide technical documentation, mentor and assist other team members, and contribute to team culture and engineering practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional full-stack development experience
