Job Summary

The Fulfillment Operations Officer is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment. This includes picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy, product integrity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using pick lists or handheld devices
• Verify product details, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)
• Pack and seal orders securely, applying appropriate handling and cold-chain procedures when required
• Label shipments correctly and conduct final accuracy checks before dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the fulfillment area
• Support restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse tasks
• Promptly report stock discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor
• Adhere strictly to safety and pharmaceutical handling standards

Requirements & Competencies

• Minimum of High School Diploma or OND (logistics/warehouse training is an advantage)
• 1–3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or store-keeping (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems/scanners is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20–25kg
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work under time pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Proximity to the work location is essential
