As Front Office Supervisor at Hotel Capitol, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk team, ensuring smooth and efficient service for guests and clients. You will manage staff, handle guest interactions, and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to handle guest issues with diplomacy and effective resolution
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
