You'll work side-by-side with Instructors, the Head of Learning, and Project Teams to help students become job-ready developers with real-world projects and portfolio outputs.

Who You'll Mentor

Ambitious learners from high school, universities, polytechnics, and early-career professionals across Nigeria.

Mentoring Schedule

• Daily mentoring (Monday–Saturday): On-site and online
• Weekly team syncs with ongoing support

Key Responsibilities

• Guide learners through challenges, final projects, and portfolio building
• Score assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure outcomes: completion, job-readiness, and project delivery
• Design, develop, and test UI for mobile and web applications
• Handle company projects and deliverables
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
• Manage interactive development of the platform user product interface

Required Tech Stack

Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, React Router 6, Tailwind CSS, Redux

Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Sequelize, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular Framework

Tools & Practices: Git, GitHub, Jest, CLI, REST APIs, Docker, and deployment tools

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in frontend development and responsive web design
• Well-experienced in back-end web development and general web development
• Knowledge of software development practices and principles
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
