A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a smart and courteous Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, organized, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and attend to visitors professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain visitors’ records and front desk logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide basic information to parents/clients
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
  • Support administrative tasks when required
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Minimum of HND, BSC
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neat appearance and professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
  • Customer service experience
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Friendly and calm personality.
