Job Summary
As a front-line employee, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Your primary goal is to ensure all guests feel comfortable and welcomed throughout their time at our facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-supplied front desk area
- Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and address complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them as needed
- Receive letters and packages, and forward them to appropriate destinations
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Monitor and maintain adequate office supplies
- Place supply orders when necessary
- Monitor and update records and files
- Track and log office expenses and costs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc. or BA)
- 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office machines (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a service-focused approach
- Strong time-management abilities
- Team player mentality
- Sense of ownership and pride in work quality and company success
- Fluent command of the English language
