## Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and competent front desk officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, you will ensure a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience across one of our Lagos branches. The successful candidate will manage front office operations, maintain a welcoming ambience, coordinate client traffic, and support the firm's customer relationship objectives through effective communication and service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and attend to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
  • Manage front office traffic, attend to walk-in enquiries, and direct visitors appropriately
  • Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries courteously and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; ensure conveniences are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate with support staff to ensure adequate supplies and report maintenance needs promptly

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a front desk, client service, or administrative role
  • Experience in a professional services firm is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
