This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet, welcome, and direct guests and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as handle emails and inquiries.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
  • Monitor visitor access, maintain logbooks, and issue badges.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area and lobby are tidy, clean, and well-organized.
Requirements:
  • Only an OND or SSCE holder should apply
  • 2 years experience.
