This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. ​​​​​​​Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
  • Register patients accurately, verify details, and manage appointments using the clinic's system.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with patient check-in/out, including collecting necessary information and payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records confidentially.
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow and respond to basic queries.
  • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues promptly.
Requirements: & Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
  • Pre-NYSC graduates awaiting NYSC deployment are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome; prior customer service or administrative experience is an advantage).
  • Must be awaiting NYSC call-up (Pre-NYSC).
