An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment while serving as the first point of contact for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and attend to visitors professionally
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain professionalism in all internal and external interactions
  • Handle tasks promptly and meet deadlines
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to work from the Victoria Island office.
