## Title: Front Desk Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly polished and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front office operations. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest and member experience, uphold premium hospitality standards, and lead the front desk team with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience
  • Ensure VIP-standard check-in/check-out and guest relations services
  • Supervise, train, and manage front desk staff for service excellence
  • Coordinate facility and function room bookings to optimize usage
  • Manage guest feedback, handle complaints, and ensure prompt resolution

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in a front desk or guest relations supervisory role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in front office software, PMS, and reservation systems
  • Poised, well-spoken, well-presented, and customer-centric demeanor
