We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Redirect all phone calls and emails to the appropriate department and take down messages where necessary
  • Respond to all inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, and managing office supplies
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree/ HND in Hospitality or any related field with at least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution
  • 0—2 year work experience only
  • Candidate must be smart, easily adaptable, and pleasant
  • Good knowledge Of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service attitude
