## Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Position Overview

La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking an experienced, hardworking, and highly principled Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead the operations of our resort's restaurant and bar. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, calculative, and skilled in managing large teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of high-end hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Lead, motivate, and manage large teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability through strategic planning and effective resource allocation
  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through quality control, swift resolution of complaints, and personalized service
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotions and special events that enhance the resort's F&B profile
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to promote professional growth and maintain high standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience managing food and beverage operations in large, five-star luxury hotels or resorts
  • Proven supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B industry
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment
