Position Overview
A Hotel F&B Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves leading and training service staff, handling customer concerns, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Schedule, train, motivate, and coach team members to maintain high service standards
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate service operations as an expeditor to ensure timely food delivery
- Lead pre-shift briefings and oversee event setup
Required Experience & Education
- Proven experience in food and beverage service (1–2+ years minimum)
- Demonstrated experience in a team leader or supervisory role
- High school diploma (hospitality or management degree preferred)
