## Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Position Overview

A Hotel F&B Supervisor oversees daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves leading and training service staff, handling customer concerns, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Schedule, train, motivate, and coach team members to maintain high service standards
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate service operations as an expeditor to ensure timely food delivery
  • Lead pre-shift briefings and oversee event setup

Required Experience & Education

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service (1–2+ years minimum)
  • Demonstrated experience in a team leader or supervisory role
  • High school diploma (hospitality or management degree preferred)
