Fleet Tracking Officer at TAK Logistics Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Tracking Officer to monitor and manage real-time tracking of trucks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in tracking systems, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time tracking of trucks using the ERP dashboard and ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with tracking protocols and prevent circumvention of trackers
• Identify and address cases of trucks not reporting to the ERP dashboard promptly
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports for the Line Manager
• Maintain accurate records of truck movements and tracking data
• Provide data-driven insights to support fleet operations and decision-making
• Report any technical issues with tracking systems to the relevant teams for resolution

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (minimum)
• 2 - 3 years of experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and ERP dashboards (advantageous)

Compensation

N230,000 - N250,000 monthly
