About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Officer to join our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the company's fleet, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across all vehicles and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and track fleet operations to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to company transport policies, safety standards, and route schedules
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational reports
• Support preventive maintenance planning and liaise with the workshop team to minimize downtime
• Handle driver discipline, documentation, and ensure compliance with road regulations
• Assist in cost control by monitoring fuel efficiency, repairs, and general fleet expenses

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations
• Good understanding of truck operations and basic vehicle maintenance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet tracking tools is an advantage
