Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Financial Auditor to conduct regular financial audits across outlets and the head office to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accountability. This role is crucial in safeguarding company assets, ensuring transparent financial reporting, and promoting efficiency in the QSR/Retail business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of sales records, cash handling, bank reconciliations, inventory, and expense transactions across outlets
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Verify daily POS sales reports against cash deposits, bank statements, and accounting records
• Audit stock records, usage reports, wastage, and supplier invoices to detect variances or fraud
• Carry out spot checks at outlets to review financial and operational practices
• Identify financial risks, leakages, or fraud indicators and recommend corrective measures
• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems for cash, procurement, and expense management
• Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for management
• Work with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to implement audit recommendations
• Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency, cost savings, and financial transparency

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
• 5–7 years' experience in audit or financial control, preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with POS systems and ERP software
