## Title: Financial Advisor - Life Insurance Sales

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive growth in the life insurance business through direct sales and strategic client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers in the life business through direct sales, brokers, and other channels to maximize lead generation
  • Ensure timely follow-through and maintain a healthy closure rate on leads
  • Adhere to expected due diligence standards, internal policies, and KYC norms when opening new accounts
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Liaise closely with the technical team to provide timely and competitive quotes
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients while delivering high-level customer service
  • Provide required reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in Sales Management
  • Insurance industry experience is an added advantage
