Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Accountant (Planning and Reporting) to support our finance team in delivering accurate financial insights, driving compliance, and enhancing business decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial reports
• Support the development of financial models and performance dashboards
• Conduct variance analysis and track financial performance against budgets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management reports
• Ensure timely financial compliance and audit support
• Collaborate with business units to align forecasts with operational data
• Maintain and improve financial reporting templates and tools
• Assist in ERP and reporting system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4–7 years' experience in financial planning, reporting, or audit
• Strong Excel skills (financial modelling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP reporting standards
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or FMCG sectors is a plus
