Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and management activities
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances
• Manage cash controls and maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records
• Ensure maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves
• Ensure all expenses remain within assigned project budgets
• Perform accounts receivable and payable activities accurately and timely
• Ensure financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, and other financial documents
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
• Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
• Perform finance analysis, reporting, and management tasks
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial matters
• Manage all aspects of cash flow, prepare forecasted weekly and monthly cash requirements, and execute management financing decisions
• Coordinate the preparation of bank reconciliation statements and ensure proper capture of all items
• Provide additional support and analysis as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Professional Certification (ICAN or ACCA)
• Minimum of six (6) years of post-graduation experience
