About the Role

The Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer (NYSC/Internship) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or corps member eager to gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and compliance within a fast-paced, impact-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
• Support daily accounting operations, including posting, reconciliations, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and expense monitoring
• Provide administrative support to the Finance & Compliance unit as required

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC or internship experience acceptable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Must reside in or have close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos

Compensation

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
