Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Process payments, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support the payroll process and statutory remittances (Tax, Pension, NHF, etc.)
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, supplier, and customer accounts
• Support audit processes and documentation requirements
• Monitor expense records and maintain up-to-date financial files
• Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by the Head, Finance & Admin

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance or accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
