Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and lead a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
• Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business decisions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Prepare and coordinate audit and tax processes
• Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting or Finance-related course; MBA or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in finance leadership
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Proven track record in financial management and leadership
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience with financial systems and ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven approach
• Excellent financial analysis, Excel, and reporting skills
