## Title: Finance Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in financial management and strategic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage cash flow, credit control, and financial risk
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Provide insights on business performance and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate external and internal audits
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, or financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QuickBooks)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance principles

Compensation

N350,000 - N450,000 monthly
