An established company is recruiting for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ICAN certification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Available to resume immediately
