## Title: Finance Manager

About the Role

Join a leader in the coatings and allied industry as an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls, and deliver insights that power strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate governance standards
Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
Manage cash flow, audits, and stakeholder relationships
Mentor and develop the finance team

Required Qualifications

B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong grasp of financial systems, reporting, and ERP tools

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree
ACA or ACCA certification
