This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our finance department. You will be responsible for managing key financial operations, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting standards
• Ensure month-end and year-end closing processes are complete and ready for management information and external audit
• Ensure key financial processes are properly documented, updated, and reviewed regularly
• Verify accuracy of accounts receivable
• Prepare projected cash flow statements
• Maintain correspondence with the organization's creditors and organize payment schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with all statutory clients, ensuring customer focus and managing their requirements
• Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, and auditors
• Provide support to management on regulatory compliance matters, including tax-related issues (WHT, VAT, Company tax)
• Advise on investments and manage financial risks
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and entered in the ERP system; audit documents, orders, and vouchers before fund disbursement
• Prepare payroll including pension deductions and tax calculations

Required Qualifications

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications
• 8 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
