Position Overview
Sonora Capital and Investment Limited is seeking a diligent and well-organized Filing and Documentation Officer to join our team as an NYSC member. The ideal candidate is a Law graduate with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documents
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate easy retrieval of company files
- Assist with preparation, review, and documentation of legal and operational records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information
- Support compliance and internal documentation processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Law graduate currently serving or awaiting deployment under the NYSC scheme
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records efficiently
- Basic knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
N70,000 per month
