A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues with the field team
  • Prepare system activity and performance reports
  • Diagnose network problems and implement technical solutions
  • Prepare/evaluate network diagrams and site configurations
  • Handle escalated incidents and document resolutions
  • Install and test equipment in line with customer and quality standards
Requirements:
  • First degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Training/certifications in Wireless Radio Communication (Aviat, Dragon, Cambium, Mikrotik)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate must reside in Bogije or nearby areas
