We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Who We Are:
We are a leading provider of solar energy solutions, specializing in high-performance Solar Inverters, Lithium Batteries, Portable Power Station, C&I Solar System. We are expanding our footprint in Nigeria and looking for aggressive, "street-smart" sales professionals to build our distribution network from the ground up.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Sales Hunter: Use digital tools (Google Maps, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media to identify potential solar distributors, wholesalers, and installers across Nigeria.
- B2B Relationship Management: Onboard new wholesalers, negotiate pricing/contracts, and maintain long-term loyalty to ensure consistent repeat orders.
- Technical Pitching: Educate clients on the technical advantages of our products and solutions compared to local competitors.
- End-to-End Sales: Handle the entire process from lead generation and site assessment to closing deals and ensuring payment collection.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily log of customer interactions and market feedback via Google Sheets/WhatsApp.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience (Solar industry experience is a major advantage).
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian solar market and existing networks in major electronics hubs.
- Digital Skills: Highly proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Social Media for business lead generation.
- Communication: Fluent in English; ability to speak Igbo or Yoruba is a significant advantage for market penetration.
- Mindset: A "Self-Starter" who doesn't wait for leads but goes out to create them. High resilience and target-oriented.
