## Title: Field Sales Representative

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for driving sales through various channels and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales using various customer acquisition methods including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations
  • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customer needs and skills to build productive, long-lasting relationships
  • Meet monthly personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads
  • Prospect for customers within your location and close deals
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay current with industry developments
  • Strategize marketing plans for increasing sales and improving customer database
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or BSc in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Persuasive selling skills with the ability to articulate value propositions
  • Results-driven attitude with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to overcome challenges
