## Title: Field Marketer

About the Role

QEFAS Preparatory School is seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Field Marketers to join our team and help expand our digital learning solutions across Nigeria. If you enjoy meeting new people, closing deals, and building strong client relationships while growing your income, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct field sales and customer acquisition within assigned territories
  • Promote QEFAS E-Learning solutions, including Self-Paced Courses, In-Person Trainings, and Virtual Learning programs
  • Identify prospective clients, pitch products, conduct demonstrations (where applicable), and close sales
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions using the CRM system
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Support marketing campaigns and uphold company policies, ethics, and brand standards in the field
  • Provide market feedback on client needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for business growth

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales, direct marketing, EdTech sales, FinTech, Telecom, or FMCG
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and navigate assigned locations confidently
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
