About the Role

Light Heights Global Services Limited is seeking an experienced Field Marketer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for fieldwork and customer engagement to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through innovative on-the-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Conduct market research and report on competitor activities
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Support sales teams in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Represent the company at events, activations, and exhibitions
• Provide regular reports and feedback on marketing outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles
• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision
